They manage one of my properties and I think the owner is very professional. The way he runs the place seems to be very transparent.

For example as a landlord I asked for rent to be increased. He told me that he will get that done when the yearly contract comes to an end. This showed me he was professional as he was protecting the tenant but also did bare in mind to fulfil the demand of the landlord in due time.
